A. We don't take personal customizations. I am sorry that I cannot accept personal orders even though I have a lot of requests.
Q Can I wipe the product when it's dusty?
A. As our products are custom-made, it usually takes up to 14 days.
Q Can I use glue when it's broken inadvertently?
A. It is recommended to use as transparent liquid adhesive as possible to minimize damage marks and maintain their original condition.
Q The main ingredient is gypsum, can I use it as an air freshener?
A. To increase durability, high-density fabrication allows for a narrow gap between particles, which can be directional but weak.

Q Can I order a product that is sold out?
A. To maintain the quality of the product, make no more than 30 products a month. We temporarily stop receiving orders once we have
reached the designated limit since the initial order.

A. Production begins immediately from the date of the order.
